One thing both kids and adults need to know: You don’t need to starve yourself to be healthy and fit. It’s important to remember two things: 1. Balance is key. 2. Everything in moderation. I teach you these and other things that will help you get fit and stay fit for life.
I believe that children and adolescents need to find their particular niche in fitness without feeling the pressure of needing to be part of a traditional sports program – something they can do at their own pace and enjoy for a lifetime.
I help motivate children and adolescents find their own interest and pursue their inner athletic skills so they can have a healthy and fit lifestyle while having fun.
I provide individual and group training. My individual training will help you achieve your fitness goals, while my group training will help improve your teamwork, support and leadership qualities in the workforce. I will help and guide you develop confidence, friendships and support as you reach for your goals.
